This three-bedroom home has a great view of the Diamante Waterfall from every room in the house. Upstairs there are two en-suite bedrooms opening to a huge porch and surrounding the living room/kitchen from both sides. Downstairs there is an apartment with its own kitchen and separate entrance, but this could be also used as a third bedroom and an office or a studio. Every one of these rooms has a spectacular view of the Diamante Waterfall.

Then there are the out-buildings. There is a very well-built, two-story party building with a huge wooden deck facing the waterfall. This could be used for exercise, parties, relaxing, an outdoor but covered studio, or whatever. Then there is a garage, lots of storage rooms, a barn, a greenhouse, and lots of land with fruit trees and room to expand.

The main house was built of concrete and is well maintained within. Outside it requires some love, but the main structures are well built and solidly crafted. All the hardwood beams, ceilings, doors, and floors are in fine shape and do not require re-finishing. The windows and sliding doors are of good quality and work well. The house has legal ASADA (government) water, and fiber optic Internet, and is accessed by a public road.

The Diamante Valley, where the house is located, is now famous for visitors of Costa Rica. It is the food center of our area with tons of healthy, organically grown agriculture. There is a full-day market once a week where the local growers bring their latest crops for fresh fruits, veggies, spices, eggs, chicken, and more. The valley is also the center for spiritual awakening, healing, and toning. Because of the higher altitude, the valley is cooler but this particular property is low enough that it is not buried in the clouds.
