Playa Guapil Estates is a gated eco community located 5 min north of Playa Dominical just of of the paved coastal highway. The closest beach is Playa Guapil which has no development at all and is completely natural. It is an amazing place to go and enjoy nature and the beach with no one around. From the highway to the house it is a 5 min drive an a very smooth gravel road. It takes less than 10 min to drive from the house to several of the local beaches. This house and property are truly what Costa Rica is all about. If you LOVE nature, animals, and birds than this is the perfect house for you.
