The main house is quite open and spacious with airy rooms and wide terraces. There are numerous locations from which to relax and take in the incredible scenery. The kitchen is rustic and could benefit from a renovation to make it more functional. The two bedrooms on the main floor are a great size, with plenty of room to walk around, built-in closets and ensuite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms features a Jacuzzi. Upstairs via a separate entrance, there is a small loft bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. You will enjoy the panoramic views from the large bar/BBQ area.
The guesthouse is comprised of two separate suites, each with a bedroom, loft, small kitchen, bathroom, and large terrace overlooking the valley, ocean and mountain views. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft features a double mattress. The suites each comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The lower level is a terrific area for relaxation with a hot tub overlooking the expansive view that just never gets old. A bathroom is also located on the lower level for convenience. There is the possibility to connect the two suites through a rustic bamboo door located in the balcony between the suites. If income potential is important to you, you will be pleased to know that this guesthouse has a record of delivering income. Across the parking lot from the guesthouse is a large workshop. This is currently where the laundry facilities are located, and there’s plenty of room for storing yard maintenance tools.
The Toucan Valley community center is located just a minute up the road, which features a large beautiful pool, restaurant and bar, and a games area with ping-pong and pool tables. This is a fantastic local hang-out to meet your friends and neighbors. The Osa Canopy Tour launches from this site. A really cool benefit for your vacationing family and friends! The HOA fee is only $60/month, which includes services of; water, trash collection, road maintenance, twice-a-week organic, fresh produce from the community garden including seasonal fruits, vegetables and fresh eggs.
