The private upper level has all of the amenities your guests will need—large studio bedroom, full bathroom, living area, and kitchen finished in granite, hardwood, and stainless steel appliances—refrigerator, electric cooktop. The balcony offers a private spot to read or relax within the lush jungle. Currently, the caretaker resides in the lower-level suite. A bit smaller in area, it offers a tucked bedroom, full bathroom, living area, and a kitchen. There is a private trail down to a small creek with pleasing cascades that emerge in the rainy season.

The property has two legal water connections-- a concession on the creek and the new public water system connecting from the main road. A Big Blue sediment and carbon filter system provides clear, drinking water for both houses, AND it has an additional UV bulb to zap any remaining bugs that could affect you. It also has two high speed (fiber optic) internet connections of 25mb each that serve the main house and guest house independently.
