About The House
No details have been overlooked, as the owner’s attention to detail and the finest of finishes are apparent throughout. The roof was built with 8 CM vs the standard 3 CM panel sheeting. It is quiet and energy/temperature efficient. The house comes completely furnished with imported Italian leather couches and handmade.

The main house has 1 master suite with a spa-like ensuite. The finishes in the bathroom are made with Cream of Marfil, and imported Italian Marble. The bathroom has a shower with a large rain head and bench for comfort. Also included are a separate bathtub, a double vanity sink, and a bidet. High ceilings in the master bedroom give the room an open airy feeling. The walk-in closet has plenty of storage for all your board shorts and bathing suits.

Chef’s Kitchen
The kitchen is a true foodies kitchen. The counters are made from Dulce Vita quartz and custom cabinets are locally sourced from craftsmen with American quality. In the kitchen, there is a 5 burner Kitchen Aid gas stove with a vented hood, commercial GE oven, microwave, refrigerator, and stainless steel sink. The commercial GE oven is a “do all” complete with an air fryer!

Throughout the house you will find; imported Italian Travertine flooring, custom Pella double pane windows, gas-filled windows with built-in shades, and dual inverter air conditioning units. Even the front door is a Pella custom front door with a built-in shade. It is a brilliant design with an automatic shade inside the double-pane glass. It stays completely clean and pristine.

About The Rancho
The covered, open-air, modern Rancho features a swimming pool and a full kitchen. The kitchen includes a 4 burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, and additional separate freezer. Also featured is a granite countertop sink, gas bbq grill, and electric smoker. This outdoor kitchen is a fisherman’s dream where you can prep, cook or smoke your catch. The fishing in Costa Rica is phenomenal. The Custom-built, hand-laid fiberglass pool includes fiber optic lights and is surrounded by Coralline coral stone imported from Turkey along the Mediterranean.

The Guest House
This fully appointed and very comfortable guest house sleeps four. It features a full bathroom, marble shower, granite countertop and sink, walk-in closet, and the same high-quality, dual inverter A/C seen throughout the villa.

The bathroom has a second door to the pool area so visiting pool goers can access the bathroom without disturbing the guest house residents. There is a private outdoor shower fully equipped with hot water and travertine flooring between the pool and the exterior bathroom door for convenience and easy access.

The Garden
Fruit trees and herbs have been planted throughout the yard. You will find lime, carambola, white pineapple, mangosteen, jamaica, avocados (2 types), limes, figs, star fruit, dragon fruit, cane sugar, bananas, tamarindo and lemoncito trees. In the herb garden, you will find spinach, rosemary, thyme, oregano, mint, tarragon, basil, ginger, and hot peppers and pineapples,

Clean Water
When moving to a Central American country, water is a big deal. You can drink the water from any faucet or hose on the entire property. With a combination of well and rainwater available, followed by a state-of-the-art water filtration system, this water is clean and refreshing. You can taste the difference!
