The villa will need some furnishings and appliances but is ready for your special touch. This is an ideal property for easy rentals should you wish not to occupy all year round. There is a handy check in centre for your guests and of course the community centre makes it easy for upkeep without the worry while you are not in country.

A very large pool and shared community centre is a quick walk from your villa. Whether you would like to join in for a game of pool, darts, table tennis, a quick drink at the bar, or the amenities around its all there for you and your guests to enjoy. There is even a swim up bar while you sip your pipa fria and enjoy the wildlife. Change rooms and bathrooms are also available so spend the day and enjoy the surroundings!

Osa Mountain is a stones throw away from the Osa Canopy tours, one of the regions top canopy tours with views that would make your chin drop. Close by is the town of Palmar where you will enjoy restaurants, banks, markets, to name a few. Everything is here for your needs. Also located in the town of Palmar is the airport for a quick flight to anywhere else in the country. In the town of Cortez you will find the new modern hospital should you require care. Want to go on some tours? Many exciting activities to choose from, whale watching, mangrove tours, deep see fishing, horse back riding, kayaking, the list goes on and on.
