If you like to swim, surf or walk on the beach, we are only 20 minutes away from beautiful beaches. It’s a 35 minute drive to Perez Zeledon or Uvita for shopping, banking, etc. There are several organic markets in the area and we are only ten minutes from the Tuesday Tinamastes organic market.
Located about 330 meters above sea level in an area away from the main road 243 where vehicular traffic is minimum and very few neighbors around so you can enjoy a lot of privacy, security and of course the calm that only nature provides.
The house is located almost at the end of the Cacao Ridge where the view is simply spectacular, the mountains and the ocean form an incredible panorama where you will never want to leave. The access to the property is with electric gate and the internal road of about 100 meters leaves a few areas on the sides where you can create gardens or even build some additional structures.
Next to the house there is a carport for two vehicles and storage space for tools. A wide front corridor with 2 big doors welcomes you to the house. The first thing you will notice upon entering the house is the excellent amount of breeze and natural light that enters through the large sliding glass doors and the high ceiling. The whole house has approximately 100 LED lights recessed in the ceiling which gives it a very aesthetic touch. The spacious living room and kitchen are united in one large room where you can enjoy the ocean view while cooking or even chatting with those in the living room. Beautiful chandeliers and granite furniture adorn the kitchen section where continuing along the corridor is the large pantry with independent access to keep food in perfect condition.
The house has 2 bedrooms with full bathroom and closet, gym area, laundry area, is all built in concrete with floors, ceilings and wooden doors. Theres another room for different uses that can easily turn into a 3rd bedroom.
The house is feed by a water well with drinkable water already lab tested so you wont need to worry about water bills.
And finally the best part, the back of the house, not only has a large corridor where you can appreciate a panoramic and spectacular view but also the pool gives it that special touch where you will want to be enjoying this tropical paradise forever.
