Description
Casa Quemador is an upscale villa nestled in the Uvita jungle. Imagine waking up every morning to your own rainforest jungle and wildlife. It’s a beautiful sight. The property also features a Balinese décor, an outdoor shower, and a private swimming pool. It consists of three villas, making it ideal for families who want space on vacation or a couple who wants to invest and transform it into a small retreat center.
Each of the three buildings features Balinese décor with natural rock materials. It includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms in this 1314 square foot home. Each room features high-beam ceilings, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning units to keep the house cool. The main house includes one bedroom and an unfinished upstairs yoga platform that needs to be completed. The bedroom features a king-size bed, a small sofa, and a glass sliding door leading outside to your overflowing garden. It also includes an open kitchen. The gorgeous kitchen features stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and built-in shelving. It also functions as a multi-purpose room as you’ll also find a large flat-screen television hung on the wall, as well as a built-in desk and bookcase. Directly outside the glass door wall is a beautifully crafted wooden dining table. Imagine eating your meals every day as a gaze into the abundance of local trees and plants.
The second villa features a first-floor bedroom, an outdoor shower, and a private pool. This villa makes you really feel like you are at a spa retreat. The outdoor shower is created out of stone and is located right by the garden. It features two nozzle heads and a stone bench for you to just relax. There is a small outdoor patio and plunge pool, right outside your bedroom. This bedroom is romantic and relaxing with flowing drapes and soft bedding. There is also a covered yoga and living area. It includes lots of floor space, as well as bench swings, a bed, and a table and chairs.
The third villa is the smallest one and features two small bedrooms and an outdoor sitting area. The bedrooms are similar to the others and the bathroom includes a stone countertop and built-in shelves.
The property also features a large building site in the center of the property. This would be ideal for building the main house, adding a meeting area for a yoga retreat center, or to plant some local fruit trees. You could also add some rentals as another option.
Our favorite part of this property is the abundance of trees and plants, and the fact that you can enjoy them from any of the outdoor areas. You can also view your rainforest jungle from any window from your home.
Casa Quemador is only minutes from Playa Hermosa and Marino Ballena National Park in Uvita so you can explore other aspects of nature. Playa Hermosa is the ideal beach for sunbathing and making sandcastles, though you can surf it too. If you want to spot a humpback whale, Costa Rica is one of the best spots, and the Marino Ballena National Park is the place to find them at. These are just a few of the eco-adventures waiting for you in Costa Rica.
