Magnolia House: the home includes 10,763 sq. ft. of construction with comfortable living spaces, a large entertaining kitchen/bar, covered patio, huge pool, and beautifully landscaped gardens. On the lower level is the Chefs/Service kitchen with a private entrance. Each of the four suites features a bathroom and private outdoor terraces with fantastic ocean and jungle views.
The "Cafetel” suite includes a sitting area, a fireplace, and a marble-lined shower with fantastic views. The “Orquidia” and “Heliconia” upstairs suites feature big ocean, pool and jungle views with spacious outside lounge areas separated by a privacy wall. Here you can enjoy the sound of the river while watching wildlife in the rainforest canopy at eye level. The "El Cielo” suite is on the main floor privately separated from the common areas. This room is wheelchair accessible and features a comfortable seating area plus a wrap-around terrace with panoramic ocean and jungle views.
Mono Congo: This jungle cabin is located 75 meters across a covered footbridge and up the hill from the lodge. It’s 600 sq. ft. is constructed entirely of exotic hardwoods and glass. It has an open-air shower looking out into the rainforest and covered deck perfect for hammock time.
Amapola Villa: Located 200 meters west of the lodge is a comfortable 1,000 sq. ft. 1 bedroom / 1 bath residence offering privacy, a full kitchen, a spacious living room with fireplace and landscaped grounds boasting a spectacular view of the valley and ocean.
23 Acre Arabica Coffee Plantation Powered By Clean Hydro Electricity
The property hosts approximately 10 acres of Arabica coffee plantations and a micro-processing facility to peel wash and dry the beans. The property generates all of its electricity with a micro-hydroelectric system powered by the Magnolia River. The micro-hydro plant is a 12 kW, AC direct run-of-river system manufactured by Canyon Hydro in Deming Washington.
