Located about 1000 meters above sea level, the farm has two accesses, one through Ojo de Agua about 30 minutes from the center of Perez Zeledon and the other through Las Esperanzas about 40 minutes, it also has a route of about 35 minutes to get to Uvita.
It has 2 water springs all year round, electricity is 800 meters from the lower access by Las Esperanzas, it also has three areas made with machinery, one of 1500 square meters with a view of the Talamanca mountain range and Cerro Chirripo, another campus of 460 square meters overlooking the Talamanca Mountain Range and Uvita Beach, the Whale’s Tail, Caño Island and Sierpe and the last of 260 square meters overlooking the Talamanca Mountain Range and also many natural flat areas to build with views towards the Talamanca Mountain Range It is easily accessible, has approximately 70% grass and 30% forest with great potential for future residential or eco-tourism development.
