Cross the footbridge to the other side of the river and start the climb to the upper ridge of the property. This dirt road is itself like a land bridge bisecting the rolling hills that make up the more than 60 acres of untouched, fertile land. On either side the land slopes gently down then back up again and offers many different potential building sites. In the distance the mountains rise to create a beguiling, ever changing view.
