Through the main entrance you enter the primary dining area and kitchen.The kitchen holds Island seating, as well as indoor dining for 6 and a television nook. The kitchen opens onto the covered outdoor dining, BBQ and lounge area overlooking the ocean and jungle.
Off the kitchen is found the primary entertainment room, this area also opens onto the outdoor living area which is poolside. Both the indoor kitchen and living spaces hold air-conditioning.
The main floor holds 3 bedroom suites. Near the entrance of the residence the La Fuente suite is found with a generous layout which can accommodate a family and includes a built-in closet space, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the fountain courtyard. Located next to the indoor living area is the Amapola bedroom suite and a full bathroom which serves the main floor. Adjacent to this is the Cama de Banano suite, with sitting area, direct pool access and spacious en suite bathroom with marble flooring.
The second level of the residence is accessed by the spiral bamboo staircase, leading to the open air lounge area. The second kitchen and living area serve as a lovely area for guests to enjoy tranquil privacy apart from the main floor.

The Los Guarumos suite is found adjacent to the second kitchen, also with built in closet and en suite bathroom. Additionally, a murphy bed and full bathroom are located in the upstairs living area, all bedroom suites are air-conditioned. There is ample cabinetry and storage found on this second level, as well a second stairway which provides access directly from the main entrance of the residence.
The third level of the residence holds a third open air lounge area, with additional outdoor kitchen and dining.
The pool includes a jetted jacuzzi with waterfall feature.
On the other side of the pool area The Casita is found, the final Honeymoon bedroom suite is located on the second floor, this suite provides a romantic setting for any guests looking to have privacy from the main home.The main floor of The Casita holds a full bathroom which serves the pool area, a spa space with small kitchen and the managers office.
On the lower level are two bathrooms for use when enjoying the pool, as well as a waterfall feature, holds additional space which could also be transformed into a spa area or be used as additional storage.
The estate also holds covered parking for 4 vehicles, as well as additional parking area, a separate laundry building, several areas with outside storage and a utility room with diesel generator.
